GWT PRODUCTS

Like many industries and systems top performance in Clinical Analyzers can only be achieved if the feed water supplied to them is of the highest quality. Tap water contains different impurities like salt, organics, particles, silica and bacteria that can interfere with the analyzer test results. General Water specializes in removing these impurities to keep our client partners facilities running smoothly.

GWT 2000 Series Ultra Small Footprint
Produce pure water at 7-20 LPH
Type-I Reverse Osmosis Water System

A counter top sized system that out performs much larger systems. Clinical Analyzers will only perform precise and repeatable tests if the feed water supplied to them is consistently of the highest quality. Tap water contains many different impurities like salt, organics, particles, silica and bacteria that can interfere with the analyzer test results. This is why GWT Water Deionizing systems are vital for tap water purification. GWT systems are specifically designed for today’s most demanding clinical analyzers. The GWT 2000 Series unit utilizes multiple technologies to produce consistently pure water at flow rates of 7-20 LPH.

“The GWT 2000 Series System is the ideal water purification system for labs where space constraints exist, yet water purity standards remain uncompromised.” – Judy Lindsey, President

2000 Series

All GWT systems combine a pre-purification module, RO membranes, a polishing mixed bed cartridge, a sterile bacteria extraction filter and a UV disinfection chamber. A precision pump system maintains proper circulation of the water to ensure the highest quality water is constantly available for the analyzer. GWT units are available with 80 liter tanks constructed of virgin polypropylene. Each system component which comes in contact with the pure water is made from inert materials.  Every known step is taken to  insure the highest water quality. GWT water quality and purity levels meet or exceed standards set by the, NCCLS Type I, ASTM Type 3 and ISO 3696.

Product Description

GWT 2000 Series produce high quality water with minimal energy consumption. Use of low energy membranes provide highly efficient and economical operation. High quality material standards guarantee long service life. GWT 2000 series systems utilize proven state of the art pump technology. Automatically activated, user friendly maintenance alerts notify the operator when system service is required.

The storage tank can also be used to supply water for other lab equipment. The storage tank allows higher volumes of water to be used for short periods that would otherwise be limited to the system production rate. A storage tank basically guarantees that water is available when needed. Proper storage tank sizes and system configurations will be recommended (or required) by GWT.  The desired tank size will be based on your combined analyzer applications and water volume specifications to ensure optimum service from the equipment.
